This Privacy Policy explains how the company doing business as SoundX : Base, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit soundxbase.com, join our mailing lists or waitlists, interact with our advertising, or purchase our products, including SoundX : Control.

SoundX : Base is the trading name of a privately held music technology company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company doing business as SoundX : Base is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of this policy.

We collect the following categories of data:
- Contact details you give us — such as your name and email address when you join a waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter, submit a form (including forms on Meta platforms such as Instagram and Facebook), or contact us.
- Purchase details — when you buy a product, our payment processor collects your payment information. We do not store full card numbers; we receive your name, email, the product purchased, and the transaction status.
- Usage data — standard website analytics such as pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site.
- Advertising data — via the Meta Pixel and similar tools, we collect data about your interactions with our website and ads (such as page views and purchases) to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.
3. How we use your data
- To deliver products you purchase, including sending license keys, receipts, and product updates.
- To send newsletters and product communications you have signed up for. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.
- To manage waitlists and notify you about product launches such as SoundX : Control.
- To measure and improve our website, content, and advertising.
