These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website soundxbase.com (“Website”) and any software products made available by SoundX : Base (“we”, “us”, “our”), including the SoundX : Control audio plugin (“Software”). By accessing the Website or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
SoundX : Base is a privately held music technology company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company doing business as SoundX : Base is the provider of the Website and Software for the purposes of these Terms.

2. Website Use
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our written permission. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Website are owned by SoundX : Base.
3. Software License
When you purchase SoundX : Control, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on your own computers for personal or commercial music production. This license is for a single user. You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or share the Software or your license key with any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for the Software. The trial is limited to 14 days from the date of installation. After the trial period, continued use requires the purchase of a license. Trial terms may be modified or discontinued at any time.
5. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital software products, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued and the Software has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Software from functioning, contact us at hello@soundxbase.com and we will work to resolve it.
6. Intellectual Property
The Software, Website, and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. SoundX : Control is provisionally patented. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by SoundX : Base.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software and Website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundX : Base shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website or Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
9. Waitlist and Communications
By joining our waitlist or subscribing to communications, you consent to receive emails related to product updates, launch announcements, and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Website and Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at soundxbase.com/privacy-policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website or Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
